WHY HIRE A COACH?
Working with a coach drastically increases your chances of success. According to Charles Schwab, those who plan their finances in writing with intention have a higher percentage of success than those who don’t, and the numbers are sobering:
Have an emergency fund: 65% vs. 33%
Aware of credit card &/or banking fees: 71% vs 45%
$0 credit card balance & are able to make on-time payments: 47% vs. 29%
Yep. It happened to me too.
You’re not the only one….
You might be feeling shame and reluctance about your current financial situation.
As a grown adult I was in the same predicament. Bills were out of control (because my spending habits were - well, not great), not to mention the fact I was about to be a single mother.
With no savings, no income, no stable housing and baby on the way, I was in real financial turmoil.
And I was stressed. Like - really, stressed. Thank fully, I was able to negotiate with my credit card companies to decrease the interest rates, which made monthly payments more affordable.
I was able to get ahead just enough to dig myself out of the hole. Once I saw my situation starting to improve, some things increased, while others decreased:
DECREASED = CREDIT CARD BALANCES (WIN!)
INCREASED = SAVINGS ACCOUNT (WIN!)
DECREASED = STRESS LEVEL (WIN!)
Over 30 years has passed since that time and I now have an education in insurance and personal money management.
